The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Immigration this role you will play a key part in delivering high-quality end-to-end immigration services to our international clients while also contributing to the development of more junior team members. Working as part of a multidisciplinary environment within one of the worlds leading professional services firms youll have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge manage complex cases and strengthen client relationships. This position offers both professional growth and the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced globally connected setting.
Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
- Oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures;
- Ensure all paperwork including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
- Coordinate the ongoing cases (e.g. communication with the individuals employers and authorities as well);
- Participate in various ad hoc projects;
- Consult with clients in order to provide Immigration advice and case assessments;
- Owning any ad hoc projects or pulling together spreadsheets of information as required by the client;
- Providing timely responses to client queries;
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in Hungarian immigration
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (German or other language knowledge is an advantage)
- University degree
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Client-focused mindset and experience in client-facing roles
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under time pressure
- High attention to detail accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic multicultural environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Experience in overseeing or mentoring junior colleagues is an advantage
Ideally youll also have
Project management/coordination experience
