Were looking for a Sales Engineer / Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in sales engineering business analysis or solutions consulting. If you enjoy giving demos building client relationships and bridging technical solutions with business needs this role is for you.
Qualifications
Prior sales experience preferably in B2Gor B2B.
Industry background in construction engineering architecture local government or code complianceis a plus.
Strong skills in relationship building negotiation and upselling.
Proficient with CRM tools data analysis and digital platforms.
Must be located in San Antonio - Austin Area. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
2 years of experience in sales engineering solutions consulting or business analysis (preferably software-related).
Proven experience giving product demos or client presentations.
Responsibilities
Conduct live product demos for cities and municipalities showcasing how our software streamlines permitting and compliance.
Act as a technical consultant during the sales cycle answering product-related questions and addressing objections.
Collaborate with sales to prepare proposals pricing and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
Gather client requirements and translate them into clear documentation for implementation teams.
Develop and deliver custom presentations tailored to each citys needs.
Keep CRM data updated with opportunities demo notes and pipeline status.
Provide feedback to the product team on feature requests and usability improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $60000 $80000 annually (base salary quarterly performance bonuses).
