JoinVisiting Angels Nashville one of Middle Tennessees most respected homecare providers as our nextOffice Coordinator! Were looking for someone who can manage the hustle of the day-to-day with heart and professionalism.
What Youll Do:
- Handle incoming calls from clients caregivers families and referral sources
- Manage and maintain caregiver schedules
- Work closely with the Director to ensure client & caregiver satisfaction
- Support day-to-day office tasks and team operations
- Help with caregiver recruiting hiring and on-boarding
- Assist with HR compliance and documentation
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
- Join in on community events and marketing efforts
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years recent office experience (homecare a plus)
- Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
- Friendly professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office email scheduling tools)
- Positive attitude and team-player spirit
- Comfortable juggling tasks and phone calls with a smile
