Job Description

Restructuring Associate Attorney $225k$260k Wilmington DE (Hybrid)

An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking aRestructuring Associate with 13 years of experience to join its Wilmington office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile restructuring matters while developing your skills in a collaborative supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

  • Assist with complex transactions insolvency matters and corporate governance for distressed companies.

  • Work directly with clients across diverse industries including biotechnology retail healthcare manufacturing energy and financial services.

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys who provide active mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of restructuring or bankruptcy experience including in-court experience.

  • Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research writing and analytical skills.

  • Ability to take on responsibility and manage client interactions effectively.

  • Admission to the Delaware Bar.
