Job Description
Somnia Anesthesia a physician-owned and led anesthesia group seeks a Chief of Anesthesia at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Germantown TN
Compensation:
$625k base
$50k Chief Stipend
$25k Commencement Bonus
$25k Annual Retention Bonus
9 weeks PTO
Relocation Assistance Available to $10k
$5000 Education/Professional Stipend

Details:
Anesthesia Care Teammode-Supervise 6 MDs and 19 CRNAs daily
Teaching and program developmentopportunities with academic appointment
Annual # of Cases:Deliveries
Case Mix: General Ortho Cardiac Neuro OG/GYN ENT GI Optho Plastic Pulmonary and Vascular
Electrophysiology & structural heart cases
Part of the Methodist Le Bonheur Health System which includes the following facilities:
o Methodist University Hospital
o Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown
o Methodist North Hospital
o Methodist South Hospital
o Methodist Olive Branch Hospital Olive Branch MS
Lead a dynamic team which includes the following:
o Daily stand-up huddle
o 3x Weekly OR planning meetings
o Physician Advisory Council
o OV Steering Committee
o Weekly Anesthesia Department Meeting
o Executive meetings with hospital leadership
First 60/90 Day Initiative
o In staffing for OR to build relationships with surgeons and staff (1:4 ratio)
o Periodic staffing as appropriate/needed
Requirements:
Active state license DEA State CDS
ACLS PALS BLS
Experience preferred
