A unique hybrid role combining sales and engineering responsibilities to grow our power-generation emissions systems business in the data center market. This role spends approximately 60% in external sales activities and 40% on design and development of aftertreatment systems exhaust silencers and accessories
Your responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (60%)
Identify and qualify new customers in data centers and industrial power.
Lead technical consultations site visits and solution presentations.
Develop proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
Support contract negotiations and post-sales relationships.
Monitor market trends to refine sales strategies.
Engineering Design & Development (40%)
Design aftertreatment and exhaust systems for generator sets.
Create system architecture and CAD layouts.
Support testing validation and emissions verification.
Collaborate with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
Requirements for the role:
Bachelors degree in mechanical Chemical Environmental or related Engineering field or equivalent experience.
510 years in emission aftertreatment design and/or technical sales for industrial power equipment.
Proven success in proposal development P&L ownership and closing profitable deals.
Skilled in CAD DFMEA and technical documentation.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to travel 2535% across U.S. sites.
Preferred Skills
Experience with data centers or mission-critical power systems (gensets UPS).
Knowledge of exhaust silencers EPA regulations and SCR/DOC systems.
Familiarity with CRM tools and aftertreatment simulation software.
