Job Summary
Staff Engineer Manufacturing Test
Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime capacity for production requirements.
Modify install & improve test systems and test procedures.
Control cost & forecast budget / expenditure.
Maintain documentation system.
Participate in employee involvement team.
Conduct regular PM on test equipment.
Provide training to Test Engineering Assistant / Technician.
Perform special projects.
Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF.
Develop & drive action of the test TTT for all products.
Modify test software to enhance test method and supervise the work of cognizant technical personnel to carry out assignments
Degree Holders in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 10-15 years of working experience with relevant experience in Manufacturing testing environment.
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
Proficient oral and written communication Skills

Leadership skills
ICT knowledge is advantageous
