About the role. M te Tranga

• Provide expert ticketing and reissue support across Flight Centre brands ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex customer and consultant queries delivering outstanding service.
• Pilot and implement new ticketing processes before transitioning them to the Global Ticket Centre (GTC).
• Mentor and upskill GTC team members contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to simplify workflows reduce write-offs and enhance Sonic system performance.

About you. mo koe

• Strong expertise in ticketing and GDS systems.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver accurate timely solutions under pressure.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a passion for mentoring others.
• Highly organised detail-oriented and capable of managing high-volume workloads to tight deadlines.
• Experience in process design business analysis or project delivery is a strong advantage.
