As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring our growing tech environment runs smoothly. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams troubleshoot technical issues and maintain our IT infrastructure so that our employees can focus on innovating for a safer world. Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line support for hardware software and network-related issues.
Manage user accounts and access rights including onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Maintain and optimize office IT infrastructure including servers networks and security systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system failures or performance bottlenecks escalating complex issues when needed.
Liaise with external vendors to manage warranties repairs and software licenses.
Develop and maintain IT documentation including manuals FAQs and procedures.
Support hardware and software deployments upgrades and patch management.
Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure reliability and data security.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
2 years in an IT support or system administration role.
Comfortable with Windows macOS Linux environments basic networking (TCP/IP DNS) and hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of data protection best practices and experience with user access controls.
Ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently from minor user glitches to complex system failures.
Strong verbal and written skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative environment.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
