148000 MXN to 266000 MXN based on experience plus excellent benefits

How youll make your mark
As a Claims Support Coordinator you can make a world of difference to our policyholders in the moments when they need you the most; from helping them deal with holiday losses to catastrophic events like accidents fires and hurricanes.
Your main task will be to deal with their claim documents and assigning new claims or activities to our teams Adjusters for them to process. No two days are ever the same in this genuinely interesting and varied role. Youll be communicating regularly with customers and third parties as you assess and take decisions on the evidence of their claims.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Processing different basic claim activities such as maintaining assignation databases
- Uploading documents to the system processing payments to insured etc.
- Reporting complaints and compliments received via email or phone
What youll need to succeed
Experience of insurance operations claims or a related area would be useful but is not essential as youll be given a thorough induction and on-going training. Crucially youll need the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (with Portuguese a plus). Youll have an analytical mindset be well-organized great at determining priorities and making decisions and comfortable carrying out tasks independently. You will also need:
- Lots of enthusiasm and a desire to learn
- Good administrative skills
- Basic computer skills e.g. Excel Outlook
