This role is a career entry point of the Consulting & Solutions team having exposure to front-line customer engagement initiatives spanning from pre-sales activities to solutions implementation with emphases on integrating and analyzing customer data to deliver meaningful insights toward addressing desired customer outcomes. S/he will leverage comprehensive understanding of data elements and relevant customer workflow to design articulate and quality-assure data integration to analytical outputs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Scope of this position spans across mostly larger-size healthcare institutions and industry partners with whom GEHC collaborates to deliver desired healthcare outcomes. Building up meaningful customer dialogues clearly articulating means-to-outcome design and delivering effective data to workflow integration are key to success as resulting in new growth and increased customer preferability of GEHC Japan as business partner.
Essential responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 years of successful system delivery customer support or project management experience
with data analytics and AI/ML/DL or BI tools implementation
(learnable) to utilize cloud environments (AWS/ Azure/ Oracle etc.) and deploy data integration SQLs and application development tools (Java/APEX etc.)
mindset to respectfully considering diverse viewpoints and trying new thinking styles
skills to engage mutually beneficial dialogues with clients and colleagues alike
of clear and concise written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English
compliance driven
and ability to travel (domestic and international)
in Japanese and business level of English
Desired Characteristics / Preferred Qualifications:
certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other relevant customer-engaging IT service delivery frameworks or equivalent proven capability
experience in IT/network engineering customer service application support or operation management consulting
in data analytics and AI/ML/DL or BI tools implementation in healthcare industry with relevant domain knowledge
years of GEHC experience and familiarity with GEs business structure and team characters
