Senior MEP Services Coordinator
Location: West Dublin
Project: Data Centre
- Salary and benefits: Excellent salary and comprehensive package available
Due to continued growth and turnover one of Irelands Tier 1 Main Contractors is seeking a Senior MEP Services Coordinator.
This company have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential Commercial Industrial Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. Most of their workload comes from repeat business as they have a strong reputation for their competitive edge and reliable execution of projects undertaken.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing all service installations
- Managing Services Contractors and other related Sub-Contractors / Supply Chain Partners
- Review and report on specifications and design drawing
- Plan and manage Design Team Drawings (e.g. AutoCAD) and other documentation of design and installation
- Programme and facilitate the flow of information between the Design Team and Services Subcontractors
- Plan the work and organise the plant and site facilities
- Inspect assess and verify commissioning of MEP systems on site
You will need:
- A degree/diploma in Engineering or related discipline required
- 5 years experience in Building Services Contractor / Consultant offices
- To be familiar with Mechanical Electrical Sprinkler & Process Systems / Construction
