How did it all start
Founded on March 15 1991 in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank) the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
countrys forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform
Tunaiku.

Job Description
- Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers ensuring that they are informed about the banks services/products.
- Conducting visits building relationships and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customers needs.
- Proactively pursuing self-development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as providing excellent service to customers.
- Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance Accountancy Banking Business Studies Administration Management Marketing or any related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising within the banking industry.
- Proven experience in building customer loyalty.
- Possesses and can develop a personal customer network.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.
Until now we have introduced four of our newest innovative brands: Online loans Giro Deposito and Investments. We will never stop innovating and creating a million smiles for Indonesia.
