Job Description

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Working Hours: 6am - 3pm EST

Monthly Salary: $1500 - $2000 USD

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Data Coordinator to join our fast-growing and highly collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex data supporting operational workflows and maintaining high standards for accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth data consolidation and providing administrative support to the operations team.

Data and Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Consolidation (Primary Focus 75%)

  • Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple platforms and sources (e.g. POS systems Quickbooks AP processing systems spreadsheets software tools).
  • Clean structure and validate datasets to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Aggregate and consolidate data into daily weekly and monthly reports
  • Track budget and KPI targets for individual stores
  • Maintain organized records and dashboards for ongoing data reporting needs.
  • Support reporting analysis and decision-making through well-prepared datasets.
  • Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive or proprietary information.

Administrative & Operational Support (25%)

  • Provide administrative support to the finance and operations team (e.g. scheduling document prep).Help coordinate internal workflows track deadlines and follow up on action items.
  • Support team with ad hoc tasks related to project execution.
  • Help organizing and prioritizing customer complaints / outreach.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in data entry data management operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and an added plus.
  • Some bookeeping experience an added plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear communication and ability to work across departments.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
