Rehab Program Manager - SLP OT PT COTA PTA
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Flexible up to 40 hours per week
Setting: Nursing Home Rehabilitation Center Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Twin Oaks Convalescent Center - Alma GA

Qualifications:
- Graduate from Therapy program
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice
As a lead in the building youll treat patients while getting some experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
