About the opportunity:
Join our professional tax team and gain comprehensive tax knowledge specific to various tax types! Our client base ranges from significant multinational corporations and large Hungarian companies to private your role you will develop global solutions and tax-efficient strategies in accordance with constantly changing Hungarian and international tax laws.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing indirect tax returns
- Liaising with clients and authorities;
- Supporting clients with other indirect tax-related issues (e.g. handling authority inquiries notifications and reconciling tax accounts);
- Supporting and coordinating junior colleagues;
- Participating in automation projects.
Skills and abilities that can make you successful in the position:
- Enjoy working in a team and aiding the development of younger colleagues;
- Open to new things interested in technological innovations and professional challenges.
We are looking for you if:
- You have at least 1years of work experience in indirect taxes gained at another consulting firm accounting office (at a multinational company) or tax authority;
- You have a higher education degree in economics;
- You are precise accurate and take pride in your work;
- You have good problem-solving skills and are proactive;
- You are confident in using MS Excel and MS Word;
- You can communicate in Hungarian at an advanced level;
- You can communicate in English at an intermediate level both verbally and in writing;
- You enjoy working in a team and aiding the development of younger colleagues;
- You would like to work in a dynamic and youthful team with the opportunity for rapid professional development;
