- Working with team implement and maintain employee handbook changes.
- According to business plan to work out annual training budget and annual training plan to ensure the business needs;
- Implement the annual training plan and track the training cost
- Manage all suppliers in training to meet the organization requirements with low cost and make assessment for the suppliers according to their behavior
- Review procedures in training function at least once a year to make sure it is realistic and efficient;
- Do the orientation training for new employee and executive the annual training plan training record management any other requirements in training procedure to ensure these can pass the internal and external audit;
- Supervise the operator training by team leaders
- Set up and fulfill at least 2 improvement projects in working area annually to optimize working process and efficiency
- Review and update training operator certification system; ensure files are maintained and new certifications are issued as required.
- Preparation and maintenance of various reports lists records and documentation. (i.e. monthly headcounts seniority lists agency headcounts benefits reports production hours etc.)
- Preparation of separation notices and documentation discipline letters general employee memos etc.
- Maintain a high level of communication and contact with all employees to facilitate good labour relations and help ensure employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for implementing administrative processes and policies and continue improvement
- Other HR initiatives and projects as required and assigned.
