Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibility
Essential function(s) includes but is not limited to:
- We are seeking a strategic and detail-orientedAssociate Manager/Manager Execution Excellence to provide real-time and forward-looking data and insights to support strategy and decision making
The Core Responsibilities are:
Essential function(s) includes but is not limited to:
1. Analysis and Insights
- Lead the company level data analysis by integrating multiple data source including sales performance market analysis access status performance evaluation and execution analysis to provide holistic view and insights to the leadership team.
- Support BU level analysis support including but not limited to BUD monthly catchup company BU strategic projects and data supports.
- Provide data support for Business Excellence internal stakeholder including data extract from dashboard/data hub and data process based on request.
2. Streamline reporting
- Lead the reporting team to deliver manual report timely
- Lead manual reporting simplification by sort out the business question and design integration plan.
- Lead online reporting development and iteration including request confirmation metrics alignment UI design and development plan confirmation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated strong capabilities and business analysis and insights experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Quickly adapts to evolving data ecosystems and organizational dynamics.
- Experienced inhandling and analyzing large datasetsefficiently using Excel VBA is a plus
- Experienced in using online dashboard for meta data processing Qliksense is a plus.
- Entrepreneurship mindset the ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge status quo in a constructive way.
- Show integrity tenacity resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
- Good command of written English communication verbal English.
