Your Opportunity
Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and families to achieve housing stability and build better lives We are seeking a committed and experienced Asset Officer to join our team and make a tangible impact through the delivery of high-quality tenancy and property management services.
As the Asset Officer you will play a key role in maintaining the quality safety and functionality of our housing portfolio. Working closely with the Operations Manager you will ensure our properties are well maintained compliant with legislative requirements and meet the needs of our tenants.
This role is a blend of office-based coordination and hands-on site work. You will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance carrying out property inspections and ensuring works are completed to a high standard within agreed timeframes and budgets. You will engage with tenants to explain maintenance processes respond to asset-related queries and provide a positive customer service experience.
