Job Description
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of restoration projects (water fire mold storm and other damage).
- Coordinate and schedule crews subcontractors and equipment for job sites.
- Ensure all work is completed on time within budget and to industry and company standards.
- Perform job site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with property owners insurance adjusters and internal teams.
- Assist with scoping jobs and preparing estimates when necessary.
- Track project documentation including job costing work authorizations change orders and job notes.
- Provide leadership and support to technicians and field staff including training and performance management.
- Manage inventory supplies and equipment related to restoration work.
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- 3 years of experience in restoration construction or a related field.
- 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes including water mitigation mold remediation fire/smoke cleanup and reconstruction.
- IICRC certifications (WRT ASD FSRT AMRT etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in Xactimate
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.
- Proficiency with restoration software (e.g. WorkCenter 2.0 Job-Dox Encircle DASH) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
