Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning coordination and execution of construction and infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project scope schedule budget and performance objectives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders design teams and contractors.
- Oversee project documentation reporting and quality assurance throughout all phases.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal operational impact.
- Support design reviews technical evaluations and project status updates as needed.
- Foster collaboration among internal and external teams to maintain alignment on project goals
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be willing to relocate to Oak Ridge TN if not a local candidate
- Clearance not required however a background check is required that will confirm you are a US citizen no criminal history a drug test etc
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline (required).
- 10 years of experience managing data center power and cooling or other infrastructure construction and renovation projects.
- Experience working in operational high-value facilities preferred.
- Design-build project experience preferred.
- DOE or other Federal project experience strongly preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Salary Range: $140000-$180000
