Job Description
Magic City Auto Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries customer follow up calls resolving complaints and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Providing information about products and services
