Our customer is leading of retail business.
Location : Chatuchak Bangkok
Working day : Monday-Friday
KeyResponsibilities
- -Be responsible for the development and improvement of own-brand beverage and grab &go categories aligning with companys strategy and brand positioning.
- -Source for suppliers/manufacturers who can support OEM productions based on companys requirements and can deliver the targeted cost best quality and safety for customer.
- -Improve efficiency by reducing product cost packaging cost and minimum order quantity.
- -Work on label and packaging development .
- -Ensure the standard quality of own-brand products in beverage and fresh food categories.
- -Provide SOP to store operation to maximize the product quality.
- -Manage and follow up for the food safety standard audit suppliers and stores.
- -Manage the market survey to understand the market movement and obtain the competitive advantage against the benchmark in terms of product quality pricing and new development.
- -Be responsible for audit planning audit document review on-site and reporting.
Qualifications
- -Bachelor or Master degree In Food Science Food Technology or any related fields
- -At least 3-5 years working experience in new product development of coffee and tea business grab and go snacking meal solutions.
- -Good knowledge in GHPs HACCP and FDA.
- -Good command in communication with ability to engage cross functional teams effectively
