Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning execution and maintenance of ISO 27001 certification and compliance efforts.
- Detecting analyzing and responding to security incidents performing root cause analysis and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Leveraging knowledge of Huawei Cloud to establish maintain and enhance security practices in cloud environments.
- Managing and securing VPN configurations to ensure reliable and protected remote access.
- Conducting regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments providing recommendations to address identified risks and improve the organizations overall security posture.
- Assisting in creating implementing and maintaining IT security policies standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with software development and IT infrastructure teams to ensure the secure design and deployment of systems and applications.
- Monitoring emerging threats vulnerabilities and trends to enhance organizational security.
- Supporting audit and compliance initiatives related to cybersecurity in the financial services industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security and 3 years in IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience with ISO 27001 implementation and maintaining compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Huawei Cloud security features and configurations.
- A solid background in the financial services industry with an understanding of its unique security requirements.
- Proficiency in English (fair to good level).
