Job Description

Introduction

At phwealth were looking for a motivated Operations Administrator to join our Dunedin office and contribute to a business thats making a real difference in peoples lives.

At the heart of everything we do is our mission to improve peoples lives by solving complex financial problems involving money and investments.

This role offers variety challenge and growth in a small friendly and inclusive team of financial professionals. Youll be key to maintaining the high standards our clients expect and our team relies on across all areas of administration marketing compliance and operations



Description

About the Role

  • Preparing and managing high-quality client documentation and communications
  • Supporting our office and compliance functions including audits and training logistics
  • Managing systems such as our CRM Xero Microsoft Office and social media channels
  • Supporting internal and external events from logistics and catering to client hosting
  • Handling travel bookings office management and audio-visual setup
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients advisers and external providers
  • Assisting with privacy and compliance tasks and supporting the broader team as needed


Skills And Experiences

About You

Youll bring 35 years of administration experience ideally within financial services and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your work directly support the success of a high-performing team. Youll be organised curious and adaptable someone who loves ticking things off your to-do list and always looks for ways to improve processes.

Youll also have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • The ability to self-manage stay calm under pressure and contribute positively to team dynamics
  • A professional honest and friendly manner
  • A qualification in business or office administration (preferred)
