About the Team and Business line
Citcos Banking Division manages 40 initiatives across 14 clusters through IT and Banking project managers. Since establishing our portfolio management capability in 2025 weve implemented key foundational elements: portfolio governance integrated reporting dependency management and benefits tracking. Now ready for the next growth phase we seek an experienced Portfolio Manager to evolve these foundations and advance our portfolio management practices.
Reporting to the Banking Division Director this role offers the chance to enhance our established framework and drive organizational change. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution skills to maximize our portfolio management value and effectiveness. This position is crucial for aligning organizational objectives with portfolio initiatives while fostering adoption across the division.
Your Role
Portfolio Manager - Banking Division (Amsterdam Curacao Dublin)
Seeking experienced Portfolio Manager to lead Citcos Banking Division portfolio management framework overseeing 40 initiatives across 14 clusters. Role involves managing strategic portfolio execution performance monitoring risk management and stakeholder relationships.
Ideal candidate: 8 years portfolio/program management experience in financial services proven expertise in stakeholder management communication and change management. Strong knowledge of portfolio management frameworks required. Position offers opportunity to shape strategic initiatives within Banking Division managing over $1.8T in assets.
Role balances strategic vision with implementation driving portfolio management maturity. Flexible working arrangements available with competitive compensation package.
Portfolio Management: Execute and improve portfolio framework align initiatives with strategic objectives manage governance structure and oversee resource allocation.
& Reporting: Develop metrics and KPIs deliver executive reporting on portfolio status and risks monitor financial performance and maintain management systems.
Management: Handle cross-project dependencies implement risk mitigation strategies ensure compliance and resolve resource conflicts.
Engagement: Build relationships across IT and business units lead board meetings coordinate with PMO teams and mentor project managers.
& Culture: Advance portfolio management practices drive organizational change and establish best practices for sustainable growth.
