Requirements
3 5years DHL experience and/or Project Management Experience affinity with digi technologies is beneficial
At least 3 years experience in business analysis and/or leading (global) projects
Experience with project methodologies such as Agile methodology is a plus
Innovative creative mindset Self-motivated energetic and enthusiastic
Analytical and process thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo effectively and constructively
Team player with can-do attitude continuously learning and self-motivated

The digital automation center (DAC) is the Express GlobalRPA expertise centerfrom which high-quality and complex digi services are provided for various DHL business units globally and cross functional. Besides RPA other digi technologies are being used (GenAi ML NLP API Smart OCR image processing and others. DAC is part of the CEOs office and is ideally positioned to create the necessary digi momentum and has also teams respectively based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and San Jose Costa Rica & and Maastricht Netherlands.
Working within DAC is quite exciting as we are active within all functional areas (such as Customer Service Customs Network Operations etc.) within the DHL Express organization and fully focused on digitalization and automation.
Overall role purpose
AsaBusiness Analyst you will be expected to manage (global) deployment projects as well as to be able to assume the lead in managing suitable project streams/workgroups taking responsibility for the necessary people project and performance management aspects. Your analytical and conceptual capabilities meet the challenge posed by complex problems. Your work also involves doing detailed process analyses to monitor digital solutions and to identify gaps where actions would be necessary.

You will be a part of our Digital Automation Center and you will be based inKuala Lumpur.
Main accountabilities:-
Business analysis services
Responsible for detailed process analysis for endorsed initiatives to assess if digital automation would be a proper solution
Perform detailed GAP analysis to ensure automation roll out the digital solution is suitable for a country/region
Use agile data modelling practices to analyze and create suggestions for adequate business digital solutions and identify GAPS by preparing technical and/or business reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends.Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Project management
Overall responsible to support PM in project assessment and project management of deployments
Set up a standard deployment toolkit to facilitate regional and/or global deployments
Roll out deployments. Keep deployment heat map up to date.
Drive testing and acceptance of project results
Lead streams or (smaller) project teams
Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks
Support administration of project management plans and processes for successful project executionMonitor proactivelyrisks issues and scope ensuring the appropriate level of priority visibility and escalation
Obtain feedback at any critical project milestones and at project completion to ensure that projects efforts meets customer expectations
Utilize project management processes and methodologies at all times
Stakeholder management &Teamwork
Manage complexity: multiple stakeholders multiple countries and gain buy-in for project goals
Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Explain facts practices policies etc. to others within the organization adhering to the governance model
Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
Builds partnerships to collaborate and uses influence to gather Customer and business requirements and communicate effectively with all project Teams and support groups
