Job Description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What you will do-

As an Account Manager at Stryker Mexico you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer value. You will build and nurture strong multi-level relationships with strategic customers develop tailored solutions and influence internal teams to execute high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive strategic thinker with strong leadership by influence capable of aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and long-term success.

  • Customer & Business Development: Act as the voice of the customer building trust-based relationships and co-creating customized solutions to drive growth expand accounts and increase profitability across commercial divisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales marketing operations finance) to deliver customer-centric solutions and execute mutual value projects.
  • Sales & Performance Execution: Lead account planning forecasting and pipeline management; track sales targets and qualitative objectives across business units.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Design and execute strategies for new business generation and product launches; create account maps to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Market Intelligence & Training: Align marketing initiatives with customer needs and trends; identify development opportunities for customers and stay updated on industry dynamics.
  • Pricing & Product Registration: Manage competitive pricing strategies and coordinate product/surgical protocol registration with payers marketing and regulatory teams.
  • Operations & Compliance: Ensure inventory alignment with sales forecasts anticipate demand changes and strictly adhere to all legal ethical and compliance standards including FCPA.

What you need-

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence across functions and organizational levels.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Desired:

  • Experience in a matrixed multinational environment.
  • Healthcare or medical device industry.

Travel Percentage: 50%
