Were seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead a team responsible for core accounting activities such as bookloads balance sheet reviews and month-end close. This role demands strong coordination with stakeholders across the U.S. and India along with the ability to enforce process controls and drive compliance. As a key point of contact for Finance Business Partners CFOs Controllers and cross-functional teams (PTP OTC) this role is central to our Accounting to Report (A2R) excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Oversee bookloads and ensure timely accurate financial entries.
Perform balance sheet reviews and manage monthly close activities.
Coordinate with global counterparts in the U.S. and India.
Maintain and improve process controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support business stakeholders such as FBP CFO Controllers PTP OTC and India finance teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the A2R process.
The Basics
Academic Background: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 57 years in accounting
Systems: Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
Technical Knowledge: Solid expertise in Accounting to Report (A2R) processes.
English Level: B2 or higher able to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
