Are you a Corporate Lawyer looking to advance your career in 2022
Due to expansion on behalf of our law firm clients we are recruiting at Newly/Recently Qualified to Senior Associate level for Corporate Law/M&A.
Ideally you will have experience in all or some of the following;
Solicitor with 2 year PQE working in Corporate & Commercial having trained in a medium / large Corporate Firm
Experience in corporate transactions including acquisitions disposals restructurings venture capital and private equity.
Experience in shareholder agreements joint ventures corporate structures and company law.
Good technical ability
Experience in M&A and Private Equity Deals preferably
