Job Description
We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in tax law to support our team in Vienna.
Your Tasks
Your future job with us will include a diverse range of tasks in advising national and international clients in various industries. This includes:
- Advising on various and diversified matters of (national and international) tax law
- Accompanying (national and international) tax audits
- Conducting challenging international tax disputes
- Supporting multijurisdictional transactions from a tax perspective (M&A IPOs reorganizations and restructurings carve-outs etc.).
Your Profile
You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results have excellent English and German skills are an entrepreneurial thinker and value legal creativity as well as working independently and responsibly within a Team
In addition you have an interest in tax law and professional experience in tax consultancy or as an associate in the area of tax law in a law firm
Experience abroad and previous knowledge in the area of tax law such as by way of an LL.M. a dissertation or work as a university assistant are an asset but not a must.
