Job Description
Location: Hungary - Budapest Job-ID: 213237 Contract type: Standard Business Unit: Finance & Accounting
Your future tasks will be
- Completing month/ year end close activities
- Completing quarterly forecast/yearly budget activities
- Supporting annual Ratecard Process
- Support Business change/transformation as required
- Providing analysis and commentary to business managers in the Group functions supported regarding spend profitability and underlying trends
- Leading internal Finance reviews and presenting Financial Performance to stakeholders
- Working with the business to understand and resolve potential issues
- Support the implementation of new processes and sustain them
- Establishing and maintaining strong internal control environment within the team
- Coming up with improvement / automation ideas and leads them to solution.
- Processing intercompany cross charging across the Group
- Completing month/ year end close activities
- Supporting forecasting cycles; preparation and upload
- Providing data and inputting to a monthly Financial Reporting Pack
- Ensuring the prompt completion of daily finance tasks
- Creating analysis and commentary to be provided to business managers in the Group functions supported regarding spend profitability and underlying trends.
- Supporting the finance related tasks of the senior colleagues
- Involvement with ad hoc Finance projects
- Achieving group and local deadlines goals and process adherence
- Keeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date
- Maintaining strong control environment on Finance area
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
- Identifying own development needs in line with business objectives
- Providing training to fellow team members
- Assisting the business to understand and resolve potential issues
- Identifying improvement / automation opportunities and leading them to implementation
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation

- You have an analytical and systematic approach to solving complex problems and assignments.
- You are able to take the initiative in identifying appropriate development opportunities.
- You have a proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- You have excellent interpersonal literacy and numeracy skills and able to build relationships at all levels.
- You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications especially Excel and SAP.
- You have good administrative experience with attention to detail ensures accuracy of data providing data for reporting and information processing.
- You are able to communicate clearly with non-financial managers on financial issues.
- You are able to analyze the root causes of problems and propose solutions and improvements.
- You have experience in business analysis would be an advantage.
