Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way this job involves: As the Performance Manager for Rest of Asia on the Johnson & Johnson IFM contract you will be responsible for implementing and managing performance matrices as described in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) for the Asia Pacific region excluding Greater China. You will oversee client reporting supplier governance processes issue escalation change control and performance management for this life science contract across Southeast Asia Japan Korea and Australia/New your day-to-day will look like: and manage performance matrices as outlined in the MSA for Rest of and deliver client reports for the Rest of Asia supplier governance processes and training in assigned the issue escalation tool and process for the and maintain the change control process in Rest of and manage performance management details and with the Asia Pacific team to ensure consistent performanceDesired or preferred experience and technical skills: of IFM performance metrics and best with client reporting and supplier with issue escalation and change control skills and experience with performance management communication and training in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a in Microsoft Office suite and relevant IFM software platformsRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management with at least 2 years in a performance management roleExperience in implementing and managing performance systems in IFM contractsUnderstanding of life science industry requirements and regulationsEstimated compensation for this position is: Insert salary range as per JLL guidelinesLocation: Hybrid (specific location to be determined based on candidate and business needs with travel across assigned regions)Job Tags: Integrated Facilities Management Performance Management Client Reporting Supplier Governance Life Science Asia PacificLocation:
