The role
As a Project Coordinator within Strategic Advisory Services youll support the delivery of high-impact initiatives including the NSW Government Land Audit strategic property policy analysis and the rollout of the Land iQ digital platform.
Your work will include analysing government land and property data coordinating project activities preparing strategic advice and reports and ensuring milestones are delivered on time and to a high standard. Youll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders helping to drive data-driven insights and policy outcomes that shape the way NSW plans for housing and economic growth.

What you will bring to the role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Experience coordinating projects or supporting complex programs ideally in a policy or data-driven environment
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Adaptability and a proactive self-driven approach to managing competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Resilience and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact
What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualification in a property related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in using geospatial and data analysis tools in a land and property context to support project delivery
