Job Summary
The Director of Recruitment Undergraduate Admissions is an integral leader within Enrollment Management at University of Portland with responsibilities related to directing developing and managing undergraduate student recruitment functions for all first-year recruitment. The Director will serve as the key liaison with internal and external partners while providing supervision of Academic Counselor staff through strategic leadership. This position is accountable for successful execution of Undergraduate Admissions strategies and will oversee strategic territory management counselor travel implementation of on-campus recruitment events and participation of off-campus events and oversee Student Employment. The Director of Recruitment will be assigned a recruitment territory and will report to the Dean of Admissions.
