Business Analytics Intern APAC
Location: Singapore

Position Overview
Industrial Scientific is looking for a dynamic Business Analytics Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role involves supporting our sales organization by managing tools processes and data analysis. The intern will work closely with sales management to provide operational support manage CRM systems and explore aspects of digital marketing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving communication across various organizational levels and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This is a 3months internship opportunity from Sep/Oct 2025 - Dec 2025
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with business reporting and on-demand analysis.
- Monitor business health indicators and highlight potential risks.
- Assist in developing sales metrics and strategies.
- Help refine operational management processes.
- Prepare commercial documentation for tenders.
- Aid in the implementation of framework agreements.
- Identify and propose solutions for process inefficiencies.
- Maintain program documentation and standards.
- Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across platforms like social media email and online ads.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
- Research market trends competitors and consumer behavior to guide strategic decisions.
- Apply research insights to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Strategic Marketing Director APAC.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field (e.g. Science Engineering Mathematics) or business-related discipline (Data Science preferred).
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis including statistics and macros and familiar with tools like Power BI.
- Basic understanding of data management and business operations.
- Programming skills in Python R or PostGreSQL SQL similar languages are advantageous.
