Project Analyst
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements automation and straight through processing.
Experience: 3 years

Requirements
13 years of experience in project coordination business analysis or operations within financial services or technology.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred.
Familiarity with SDM 5.0 or similar project governance frameworks is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects ensuring alignment with SDM 5.0 governance and documentation standards.
Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements functional specifications and test plans.
Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines risks and dependencies.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items decisions and follow-ups.
Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT) including test case preparation execution tracking and defect management.
Provide support in project reporting status updates and dashboards for senior management.
Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms market data and booking processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.
