Job Summary
Your mission
- Always delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards
- Assistingwith breakfast and meeting events
- Maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services and facilities
- Staying fully conversant with hotel facilities services and promotions
- Providing feedback to team members and other departments as necessary
- Complying withhotel security fi re regulations and all health and safety legislation
Your profile
- Ability to multitask effectively while delivering excellent customer service
- Experience within a similar role in a branded environment is preferred but full training will be given
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations
