What youll be doing
Own monthly AR reserve calculations and prepare quarterly trend analyses with a focus on accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage AR-related quarterly controls ensuring compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
Conduct monthly financial statement flux analysis and reconciliations with precision and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on revenue-impacting transactions and provide historical revenue insights to support forecasting and strategic planning.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of departmental memos outlining revenue accounting policies and procedures.
Support the annual audit process by preparing required AR disclosures and delivering requested documentation and analyses.

Preferred Qualifications
CPA or equivalent certification
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
5 to 7 years General accounting and/or Revenue accounting
Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting software including a solid understanding of its features reporting tools and best practices

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
