Join Our Team as a Treasury & Accounting Operations Manager at Johnson Electric!
Location: Zacatecas Mexico (100% onsite)
Supplemental Pay: Base Salary Annual Incentive
Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional evenings and weekends
Relocation: Relocation Support Provided
Position Summary
As our next Treasury & Accounting Operations Manager youll be at the forefront of overseeing the financial assets of the organization ensuring efficient cash flow management risk mitigation and diverse funds. Your expertise in finance and accounting will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of whats possible.

What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and manage financial operations for multiple legal entities and business units.
Oversee treasury functions including management of Mexican and U.S. banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with dual ledger accounting (MXN and USD).
Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively across regions.
Support ERP system integration and reporting (Oracle and SAP).
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Maintain operational excellence in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Participate in the full recruitment and onboarding process for finance team roles.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury and accounting (10 preferred).
At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role (5 desired).
Professional fluency in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead in complex high-pressure environments.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Masters degree in Finance or related discipline.
Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
Background in automotive manufacturing or maquila operations.
Experience managing multiple currencies and multinational financial structures.
