Leverage technical experience and education to develop implement and execute creative packaging development activities to achieve project goals.
Drive creative structural packaging development considering manufacturing and operational constraints and hurdles. Design for the appropriate distribution supply-chain requirements.
Review customer briefs and be able to propose different options to suit customers needs in terms of quality price lead time and sustainability.
Identify efficiency opportunities including short-term troubleshooting and deliver projects to continuously improve overall packaging line performance.
Ensure compliance with specified requirements for packaging
materials finished pack quality and to standard packaging line parameters.Develop packaging specifications & packaging safety documentation.
Provide technical support and packaging expertise to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree of Engineering or equivalent
Min. 5 years of relevant working experiences in personal care industry is preferable
