Provide comprehensive secretarial / administrative support extensively to the General Manager on business matter
Prepare meeting and presentation materials and occasionally attend business meetings
Draft and prepare a full range of reports and corresponding documents in English and Chinese as assigned
Assist in ad hoc projects assignments
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent
5 years relevant working experience in secretarial and administration for senior management
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
Initiative Pro-active Responsible and work independent under pressure
Highly proficient in PC applications
Proficiency in Tradelink
