Your Role
As a Team Leader Software Engineering youll provide technical expertise as senior developer and tech lead as well as use your leadership skills to manage a team of software developers. This role offers growth opportunities including progression to a Manager Software Engineering position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and enhance secure scalable software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support team growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of software professionals.
- Foster a collaborative innovative team culture.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in Front End and/or Back End development.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Back End: Java/JEE Spring Ecosystem.
- Front End: HTML CSS JavaScript React/Angular.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
- Experience with relational databases ORMs and CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git).
- Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
