Your Role

As a Team Leader Software Engineering youll provide technical expertise as senior developer and tech lead as well as use your leadership skills to manage a team of software developers. This role offers growth opportunities including progression to a Manager Software Engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and enhance secure scalable software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support team growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of software professionals.
• Foster a collaborative innovative team culture.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years in Front End and/or Back End development.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Back End: Java/JEE Spring Ecosystem.
  • Front End: HTML CSS JavaScript React/Angular.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
• Experience with relational databases ORMs and CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git).
• Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
