Build and maintain high performance engaged and empowered software delivery teams
Mentor coach and manage team performance helping team members achieve their objectives improve their skills and grow their careers
Ensure priorities are understood and well communicated
Monitor and manage key control processes like release processes quality and security to ensure risk is appropriately controlled
Work with leaders and other divisions across the organization who have an interest in the teams outcomes (including Audit Risk Business Continuity DEI and others)
Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete

What youll need
A bachelors degree in computer science mathematics engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth understanding of risk controls
Record of success using Agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
Knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
