Position Overview
Are you passionate about leading the charge in cyber resiliency and disaster recovery We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Cyber Resiliency Strategy and Governance Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive our cyber resilience and disaster recovery strategies ensuring the protection and continuity of our critical operations.Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain governance structures for the DR program ensuring compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for disaster recovery and cyber resilience that aligns with the organizations goals.
Establish DR program KPIs to measure the progress of DR strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Create and maintain detailed disaster recovery plans including RTO and RPO.
Organize and facilitate regular DR plan testing Collaborate with IT security teams Business Continuity and Planning teams to develop incident response plans that integrate disaster recovery and cyber resilience strategies.
Regularly review and update the DR program based on lessons learned from incidents testing results and changes in the threat landscape.
Facilitate the DR steering committee update senior leadership on the progress and escalate with clarity. Ensure Zelis disaster recovery program adheres to relevant industry standards regulations and best practices.
Meet with clients to update on DR progress and strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in governance risk management and compliance (GRC) frameworks
Prior experience in DR governance with strong focus on cyber resiliency.
Experience in data center cloud and core infrastructure (such as Active Directory) DR strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective strategies.
Experience with industry certification and regulations such as NIST CSF HITRUST SOC2. Certification from the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) Strategic communicator and leader.
The ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including senior management IT staff and external clients.
