Our client is an international watch retail brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the shop including customer service staff management stock management brand presence through merchandising and sales turnover.
- Conducting daily store and stock checks to ensure proper brand presence and accuracy.
- Coordinating with the team to organize work schedules for sales staff in the shop.
- Ensuring the store operates in a clean and organized manner.
- Efficiently operating the POS system and ensuring that all sales transactions (credit card cash deposits) correspond to the sales turnover generated daily.
- Conducting daily audits of stock management including merchandise receipts transfers and sales.
- Managing customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products.
- Coaching sales representatives and managing inventory.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management sales team leadership or assistant management in the fashion/garment retail industry.
- Ability to work in shifts at the store.
- Preferably specializing as a manager or team leader in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Familiarity with computer operations.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
