Job Description
- Provide maintenance and engineering support forcommercial andresidentialbuilding
- To carry out scheduled buildingroutineinspection on electrical air-conditioning systems HVAC plumbingand landscaping.
- Perform minor repairs forplumbing electricalandmaintenance works torestore the functionality of the property
- Reports and attend to building defectsequipmentdamage system breakdownsecurity and safety issues.
- Liaise with contractors foremergency or major repair
- Ad-hoctasks as assigned by supervisor and management.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or relevant field
- Fire Safety Management Cert will be an added advantage
