What you will do
- Planorganiseandmonitorthe smooth running of the officeslife;
- Assistin managing office supplies ensuringappropriate stocklevels andtimelyordering;
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external suppliers ensuring efficientcommunication;
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence in a professional andtimelymanner;
- Organizedocumentation;
- Helpmaintaina clean organized and well-functioning officeenvironment;
- Helpmonitormaintenance needs and liaise with serviceprovidersasnecessary;
- Contribute to improving office procedures and promoting a positive workplaceculture;
- Support toother teams with the daily needs of the organization (e.g. event planning and organizational culture initiatives).
What you bring
- Knowledge in the administrative area or officemanagement;
- Knowledge of MSExcel;
- Experience in creating reports and managinginformation;
- Capable of solving problems and having a proactiveattitude;
- To be a perfectionist and always have a professionalattitude;
- Good communicationskills in English.
