Job Description
Established in 2010 St Lukes Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON) operates across three sites St Lukes Radiation Oncology Centre at St. Lukes Hospital (SLROC SLH) St Lukes Radiation Oncology Centre at St Jamess Hospital (SLROC SJH) and St Lukes Radiation Oncology Centre at Beaumont Hospital (SLROC BH).
St Lukes Radiation Oncology Network is dedicated to being a world class leader in cancer treatment patient care research and striving for this excellence the holistic needs of our patients and their families are our greatest concern.
Multidisciplinary teams consisting of medical nursing allied health professionals management and general support staff play a pivotal role in the development delivery monitoring and evaluation of services within the hospital.
There is currently one Specified Purpose whole-time vacancy available in Payroll Department St Lukes Radiation Oncology Network Highfield Road Rathgar Dublin 6.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Lukes Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON) from which current and future permanent specified purpose vacancies or part-time duration may be filled.
The post holder has specific responsibilities for
- Administering the fortnightly payroll and assisting with the monthly payroll with responsibility for meeting all payroll and bank deadlines each pay period so that the staff in SLRON are paid on time every time.
- Provide payroll manager with information and assist with regular ad hoc reports for costings and budget purposes and with responses to queries.
- Provide senior management with reports and information as required.
