Construction Solicitor
We are hiring for our client a leading law firm in Dublin seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their well-established team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals on high-value construction projects and disputes advising major clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

The Role
Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious construction law matters including contract negotiation risk management and dispute resolution.
Drafting reviewing and negotiating construction contracts including FIDIC NEC and RIAI standard form contracts.
Representing clients in construction-related disputes including mediation arbitration and litigation.
Providing strategic legal advice to developers contractors consultants and insurers.
Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments in the construction sector.
The Person
5 years PQE with experience in construction law within a reputable law firm.
Strong knowledge of contract law construction regulations and dispute resolution.
Experience working with developers contractors and industry stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
